Education leaders grounded in a personal philosophy of education and education leadership. They are also the lead learners in the school community. Children should know they have the ability change this world. This work begins with understanding, collaboration, and relationship building.

Leadership Platform from 2013 (I will revisit ...)
What I believe about Leadership is that it is an ever-evolving role. As new experiences and opportunities present themselves, what we value and believe may be altered somewhat. I think about the scholars of yesterday who once stood upon the "fact" that the world was flat. Had no one ever challenged that belief, their "truth" may have never changed.
