Education leaders know how to work collaboratively in leading schools. They know how to engage others in reflective practice, effective communication, and reaching consensual outcomes. Education leaders support and facilitate collaboration at all levels of the community by providing logistical support, developing a strategic process, developing productive group dynamics, mobilizing community resources, and increasing the school community's ability to use collaboration in change process.
